I’m Elizabeth Heintz, the artist behind Iron Feather Designs. For many years, horses and the equestrian sport of Working Equitation were an important part of my life. As increasing disability gradually took me away from competition, I found myself searching for a new creative path. Wire wrapping became a source of comfort during a difficult season—soothing my despair, lifting my spirit, and giving me a new way to create with intention and beauty. Today, my work is inspired by nature, texture, resilience, and the quiet strength found in beginning again.
