Call for Artists: Spring Fling Art Festival 2025

The Spring Fling is back for a fifth year and will be held on May 2 and 3 at the Pioneer Community Center in Oregon City.

Call-to-artists will close on 11:59 pm April 2.

Notification of acceptance will be sent by April 12 along with further instructions and setup information.

Times for the event will be:

Friday, May 2, from 4 pm until 9 pm (NEW! Night Market Hours) and Saturday, May 3, from 10 am until 4 pm.  There will be no Sunday hours.

Set up will be on Friday, May 2, from 2 pm until 4 pm.

If you are not a TRAG member, or are new to the guild and have not been previously juried into a TRAG event, you will need to be juried into this event before applying for it.  If your work needs to be juried the process will be quick.  Please request juring at springfling@threeriversartistguild.com .  Jurying for this event is free.

We are looking forward to the new Night Market hours this year.  The Spring Fling coordinators are arranging live musical entertainment and food vendors.  There will be more signage and greater social media advertising than in years past.  Please plan on bringing your display set-up.   

Please include at least 3 photos of your work for advertising purposes.  There will be posters created with artists’ work along with digital and paper postcards.

You will receive notification of acceptance by April 12 along with further instructions and information on setup.
