Painting is the Silent Art that evokes emotion and imagination. The occurrences of dynamic nature, both repetitive and eventual play on the senses. My paintings, in a listening process, are compositions of visual sounds in color, light and texture. Silent Art driven by Nature.
I have acquired, through the years, a distinctive method in putting paint to canvas; an alternate way of creating color and texture by formulating layers of pigment, oil and solvent. Using this method leads to transparencies that are surprising in its effect and often unique. This can also be a desirable option for the usual mixing of pigments for color and hues.
